The Registered Manager for the Reablement and Independence Service (provider arm), will lead a dedicated team delivering high-quality, short-term support that helps people regain confidence, independence, and control over their lives. They will oversee day-to-day service delivery, ensuring care is safe, effective, person-centred, and compliant with regulatory standards. Working closely with health and social care partners, they will support timely hospital discharges and promote smooth transitions into reablement service. They will inspire and support the team through strong leadership, supervision, training, and performance management, ensuring staff are confident, skilled, and motivated to deliver outstanding care seven days a week. In this role, they will lead and develop reablement service, ensuring compliance with CQC regulatory and quality standards while driving continuous improvement through audits, performance monitoring, and service user feedback. They will promote independence, dignity, and wellbeing for every individual, working collaboratively with partners to deliver seamless, strengths-based care, as well as ensure safe staffing levels, effective governance, robust record keeping, and high-quality outcomes across the service. Mon - Fri, 37per week and on-call as required. 3 days in the office.
