Purpose of Engagement: To lead and deliver an HR transformation programme that modernises and digitises the HR function. This will include optimising the use of existing HR systems and, where necessary, recommending and supporting the introduction of new systems. The programme will streamline processes, automate transactional tasks, enhance manager self-service, and leverage AI and digital tools to improve efficiency and employee experience. It will also strengthen managers’ capability in their people leadership role
