-Hybrid -Focus on support not implementation Hands on experience with backend support and customising NEC core modules Scheduler, Allocations, Service charge - Experience of Power BI, ideally in conjunction with the NEC Housing database (Nice to have) - Strong Technical skills including the ability to write Oracle SQL To provide support to the system users of the NEC system. To develop and maximise use of the system in conjunction with the team members and users. To deliver bespoke reports and respond to the needs of the system users. You will actively contribute to a multidisciplinary team, share expertise and support learning and development. The role will lead by example in modelling and embedding the Council’s values and behaviours, working collaboratively with services across the council, partners and stakeholders to deliver the council’s objectives and priorities to help build a sustainable highly effective organisation and develop our reputation as a successful council delivering great value for its residents.
