-Hybrid -Focus on support not project management -Hands on experience with supporting and customising NEC Housing core modules-Rents, Repairs, Allocations, Service charge To be a member of the DDaT& Systems team. Responsible support of a portfolio of applications and technology solutions. This role is responsible for supporting technical development being executed by both internal and vendor led teams – while working collaboratively with business units delivering technical solutions that meet goals and objectives. The role will be a point of contact for internal business and vendor partners. To support users of the Housing & Public Protection integrated housing management system (NEC). To maximise the use, development and data population of NEC and ensure support to uses of the system while maintaining data integrity. To make recommendations and be accountable to senior managers of the Council on data and applications issues. The role will lead by example in modelling and embedding the Council’s values and behaviours, working collaboratively with services across the council, partners and stakeholders to deliver the council’s objectives and priorities to help build a sustainable highly effective organisation and develop our reputation as a successful council delivering great value for its residents.
