Housing Services Advisor – Contact Centre (Office Based) Temporary Contract: 2 Months (Ending 31st March 2026) Our Housing Services Contact Centre (HSC) is seeking to recruit five Housing Services Advisors to join our busy, fast paced team. This office based role is ideal for individuals with previous contact centre experience, particularly those who have worked with housing repairs and are confident using the Northgate system. We are looking for energetic and enthusiastic candidates who can manage resident expectations effectively while consistently delivering excellent customer service over the phone. As the first point of contact for residents contacting us, you will provide professional and responsive support across a wide range of service areas, including repairs, leasehold services, rents, estate facilities and general customer enquiries. This is a temporary contract for two months, ending on 31st March 2026. Our business hours are 8:30am to 5:00pm, and successful candidates will be required to complete a two week intensive training programme in the office before commencing hybrid working arrangements.
