The aim is to achieve better outcomes for young people and their families, by offering an intensive, strengths based and trauma informed service to prevent the need for the young person to become accommodated. We are looking to recruit an experienced team manager, who is motivated and committed to promoting young people remaining in their families where it is safe to do so. We are passionate about working with families to help them achieve the best possible outcomes for their futures. The ARC Manager will have responsibility for the development and management of ARC and be responsible for managing a team of Support Workers and deputy manager and overseeing sessional work undertaken by trained therapists. We are also building on this model and hope to develop an adolescent service to provide a robust response to adolescent need. The ARC manager will implement evidence based practices and interventions; ensuring that an excellent standard of work practice exists within the team. They will have a key role in working in partnership with all relevant sectors of the Local Authority and other statutory, independent and voluntary sector services.
