Lead for Practice Development and Assurance The Children with Disabilities Team is looking for an experienced practitioner with DCT knowledge and experience, who can work with the team for 1-3 months to: To draft a report covering the following areas: • Review of the current allocated cases which consist of CP, CLA, court, CIN, and short break CIN. • Quality of practice across the team • Any safeguarding risks • Quality and effectiveness of supervision • Strategies for improving practice in the service • Review of current service structure
