Immigration Support Worker to join our Rough Sleeping team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing essential support to individuals experiencing homelessness, with a particular focus on those facing immigration issues and challenges accessing public funding. Your primary objective will be to help them access the fastest route off the streets, including facilitating local or international reconnections. In addition required to Join Outreach sessions, either during early morning (5-9 am) or late at night (9pm - 12am) to target those sleeping rough and support them to engage with available services.
