We are excited to announce an opportunity to join Haringey Council’s Hospital Discharge Team (Integrated Care) as we recruit two qualified Social Workers to support our dynamic and fast-paced hospital discharge service. About the Role: As part of our commitment to safe and timely hospital discharges, you will work closely with multidisciplinary teams across our main hospital sites: North Middlesex University Hospital and Whittington Hospital.
