We are looking for an experienced OT to join our dynamic Reablement Service in Haringey to support our residents  to regain independence, confidence, and functional ability within their own homes. In this rewarding role, you will: Complete holistic, strengths-based assessments Develop tailored reablement plans focused on maximising independence Work collaboratively with reablement support workers, social care colleagues, and health partners Provide specialist clinical advice, equipment recommendations, and moving & handling guidance Support safe, timely discharges and prevent hospital admissions Provide assessment of care needs  for a cohort in receipt of long term double handed care as part of time limited project
