Legal Services is in the process of a restructure and has also been instructed by the Corporate Director Zena Cooke to implement a Commissioning model. To assist with this a Legal Transformation Manager is required. Zena Cooke has given approval for this officer to be recruited and has instructed Tim O'Connor to code the expenditure to legal for now and it will be added to the list for the Transformation reserve funding at year end.
